The Site provides general information about Real Street Capital Manager, LLC and Senior Secured Construction Income Fund I LLC (the "Fund"). Any such offer will be made only by means of the Fund’s confidential Private Placement Memorandum ("PPM"), Operating Agreement, and Subscription Agreement, and only to qualified Accredited Investors in accordance with applicable law.

No investment in the Fund may be made except through the execution and acceptance of a Subscription Agreement and completion of the required verification procedures.

6.1 Investment Risks
An investment in the Fund is speculative, involves a high degree of risk, and may result in the loss of your entire investment. The preferred return is a target priority for distributions, is non-compounded, and is not guaranteed. The Units are illiquid, there is no public market for them, and none is expected to develop. Past performance of the Manager’s principals is not indicative of future results. The Fund is newly formed with no operating history.
6.2 No Guarantee of Accuracy

In the event of any conflict between information on the Site and the PPM or Operating Agreement, the PPM and Operating Agreement govern.

Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help.
Consent to receive SMS is not required as a condition of investing. Real Street Capital may use a third-party messaging platform to deliver text messages, but text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
11. Modifications to These Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. The "Effective Date" at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were last revised. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Alachua County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
13. Severability

These Terms do not govern any investment in the Fund, which is governed solely by the PPM, Operating Agreement, and Subscription Agreement.
