Real Street Capital Manager, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the website realstreetcapital.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you visit the Site, submit forms, or otherwise interact with us in connection with Senior Secured Construction Income Fund I LLC (the "Fund").
By using the Site, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

When you submit a form on the Site (such as the "Get the Fund Overview" form, the Contact form, or a scheduling request), we collect the information you provide, which may include your first name, last name, email address, phone number, and any message content you submit. We also collect your response to the accredited investor self-identification checkbox and, if you opt in, your consent to receive SMS messages.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect certain information, including your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type, referring URL, pages visited, time spent on pages, scroll depth, and other usage data. Investor Relations:
To respond to your inquiries, send you requested fund materials (such as the Fund Overview), schedule and conduct calls, and communicate with you about the Fund.
Marketing and Communications:
To send you email communications related to the Fund, including automated email sequences triggered by your form submissions or engagement activity. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email.
SMS Communications:
If you opt in, to send you text messages regarding your Fund Overview request, appointment scheduling and reminders, and other request-related updates. See Section 7 for details.
Analytics and Improvement:
To understand how visitors use the Site, measure the effectiveness of our content and advertising, and improve the Site experience.
Compliance and Legal:
To comply with applicable laws and regulations, including securities laws, anti-money laundering requirements, and accredited investor verification obligations under Rule 506(c) of Regulation D.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with the following categories of recipients:
Service Providers:
We use third-party service providers to operate the Site, manage investor communications, deliver documents, process forms, and run advertising campaigns. These providers include HubSpot (CRM and email), DocSend (document delivery and analytics), Webflow (website hosting), Sakari (SMS messaging), Google (analytics and advertising), LinkedIn (advertising), and Microsoft (advertising). These providers access your information only to perform services on our behalf and are contractually obligated to protect your information.
Legal and Regulatory:
We may disclose your information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, the safety of others, or to comply with securities laws.
Fund Administration:
If you proceed to invest in the Fund, your information will be shared with fund administrators, legal counsel, auditors, and other parties as necessary to administer your investment, process subscription documents, verify accredited investor status, and comply with tax reporting requirements.

4. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to maintain our investor relations records, comply with legal and regulatory obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. If you submit a form but do not invest, we may retain your information in our CRM for follow-up purposes unless you request deletion.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The Site uses cookies, pixels, and similar tracking technologies to collect usage data and support our marketing efforts. These include:

Page visits, form submissions, and engagement activity to support our CRM and lead management workflows.
Google Analytics and Google Ads Pixel:
Measures website traffic, user behavior, and advertising conversion performance.
LinkedIn Insight Tag:
Tracks conversions from LinkedIn advertising campaigns and enables retargeting.
Microsoft UET Tag:
Tracks conversions from Microsoft Ads campaigns.
DocSend:
When you view fund documents delivered via DocSend, DocSend collects data on which pages you viewed, how long you spent on each page, and whether you forwarded the document.
You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect the functionality of the Site.

6. Your Rights and Choices

Email Opt-Out:
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us at investorrelations@realstreetcapital.com
SMS Opt-Out:
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. See Section 7 for details.
Data Access and Deletion:
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at investorrelations@realstreetcapital.com. We will respond to your request within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any legal or regulatory obligations that require us to retain certain information.
Do Not Track:
The Site does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals.

7. SMS / Mobile Messaging

If you opt in to receive SMS messages from Real Street Capital, the following terms apply:
We may send you text messages regarding your Fund Overview request, appointment scheduling and reminders, and other request-related updates at the mobile number you provided. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not required as a condition of investing in the Fund.
Real Street Capital may use a third-party messaging platform to deliver text messages, but text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Any other mentions in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. If you wish to be removed from receiving future communications, you can opt out by texting STOP.

8. Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services, such as our scheduling platform. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party websites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.

The Site is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child, we will take steps to delete that information.
