Real Street Build-to-Rent Fund I, LLC Offering Platform
Introduction to our Company
Real Street Build-to-Rent Fund I, LLC is designed to leverage private investments in order to build and/or acquire single-family home build-to-rent communities. The fund's primary objective is to generate rental income from these properties and eventually sell them for a profit within a 5 to 10-year timeframe. The investment strategy involves carefully selecting locations with strong rental demand and favorable growth prospects, ensuring long-term viability and potential appreciation of the assets.
The fund will focus on the construction of new single-family homes specifically designed for the rental market. This includes working with reputable developers and builders to ensure high-quality construction and attractive amenities that appeal to potential tenants.
The rental income generated from the properties will serve as a consistent revenue stream for the fund. Professional property management services will be employed to handle tenant placement, lease management, and property maintenance. By focusing on single-family homes, the fund aims to attract a broad range of potential tenants, including families and individuals seeking the benefits of a standalone dwelling without the commitment of homeownership.
Throughout the investment period, the fund will carefully monitor market conditions, rental trends, and property valuations to determine the optimal time for selling the assets. The aim is to take advantage of market cycles and maximize returns for investors. The fund will employ experienced real estate professionals and financial analysts to assess market dynamics and identify potential selling opportunities that align with the desired exit timeline.
Investors in the Real Street Build-to-Rent Fund can expect a combination of regular income through rental payments and potential capital appreciation upon the sale of the properties. The fund's investment strategy aims to provide a balanced approach, leveraging the stability of rental income and the potential for capital gains over the investment horizon. Through diligent property selection, active management, and prudent exit strategies, the fund seeks to generate attractive risk-adjusted returns for its investors in the medium to long term.

Our Strategy
01
Search for sustainable long term economics
You must build a portfolio of assets and hang onto them for a long time if you want to create wealth. In order to do this, we want clients to concentrate on markets with strong long-term economics. This entails making an investment in a market segment where demand is expanding faster than new supply is emerging.
02
Invest in recession proof investments
Protecting your capital is essential to creating legacy wealth. We reduce the negative risk by investing in assets that can withstand economic downturns. We want to be certain that the downside risk is protected when you invest with us.
03
Seek for a fragmented market
We choose asset classes where institutional capital hasn’t yet consolidated the market. In a fragmented market, we frequently have the opportunity to purchase assets from less experienced mom-and-pop owners.
Benefits of investing

Generate passive income
Investors receive cash flow payments on a quarterly basis, which enables them to spend more time with their loved ones. Build-to-rent properties generates steady cash flow, which lowers their risks and guarantees steady and predictable passive income.

Investment diversity
Adding real estate investments to a portfolio can broaden diversification, improve returns, and raise income levels since they frequently act differently than traditional stock and bond investments.

Resistant to recession
Residential housing has a history of being affected much less than other asset types in times of recession. Build-to-rent properties offers a similar benefit.

Hedge against inflation
Investors use residential real estate to balance the loss of purchasing power of the currency. They do this by increasing rent in times of inflation and benefitting from the increase in property prices.

Excellent risk-adjusted returns
Build-to-rent homes are anticipated to generate the best risk-adjusted return of any property type due to their exceptional supply and demand economics.

Tax advantage
Real estate investors are favored by the tax system. By investing passively, you can benefit from the tax advantages and cash flow of real estate ownership without having to deal with the hassles of being a landlord.
