Gregory Stula

CEO

Greg leads the strategic vision of West Lake. He began his career as an auditor for Coopers and Lybrand, where he was responsible for auditing major equity funds— including Fidelity Investments, which at the time had more than $80B under management. Greg went on to become a senior financial advisor for Solomon Brothers, managing bank portfolios across Central & South America.

Dave Rasmussen

President

Starting a distinguished, 40-year career as an international tax advisor for Ernst & Young, Dave has been the general counsel and global tax director of a leading global consulting firm for the last quarter- century. Over the past five years, he has focused on residential developments on a commercial scale. As a developer & investor, he brings a range of expertise in real estate and finance to the table.

Fredrick Sanchez

Head of Development

For over 30 years, Freddy has been in the homebuilding and real estate development business. He has worked for respected, well-known builders, such as Heftler Homes, the Adler Companies, and Century Homebuilders of South Florida. He has personally been involved with over 20 different subdivision projects and the construction of over 4,000 homes, with a total construction value over $1B.

Elena Burgos

VP of Finance

Elena handles financial analysis and feasibility studies for Real Street Capital & Florida Land Investments, including deal structure and project packaging. Elena is charged with structuring senior debt—bridge loans, construction loans, and permanent loans—as well as underwriting, due diligence, lease analysis, and annual budgets. Her real estate skills also shine as a licensed realtor in Florida.

Tony Cheng

Fund Manager

Tony Cheng was born in Shanghai and moved to the United States in the early 1980s. He graduated from the New York Institute of Technology with a degree in Media Management and has spent nearly 40 years in the investment consulting industry. Drawing on his familiarity with both Chinese and American business environments, cultures, and legal frameworks, Tony specializes in guiding investors through complex cross-border projects. He offers comprehensive services—from market research and risk mitigation to profitability analysis—while leveraging his extensive networks in finance and law. His in-depth understanding of diverse market conditions enables him to identify promising opportunities and navigate regulatory landscapes with agility, making him a trusted advisor for those seeking strategic, long-term returns.
